Step 1: Our First Conversation

Let's get to know each other! We will discus your needs, wants, and go over what exactly you're looking for in your future home. It is important that we build a strong relationship where you feel comfortable enough to ask me all the questions you may have, and trust me to be by your side while making one of your largest investments in your life.

Step 2: Speak With a Lender

This is one of the most vital steps in the buying process. Most home buyers are overwhelmed, and worried about their monthly mortgage payment. My lender will do a full review and then tell you what you will be able to borrow to purchase a home, and what your monthly mortgage payment will be. Be prepared to dig out pay stubs, W2’s, and tax returns. What I have found is that after my buyers speak to my lender, they always come back much more confident and relieved, and ready to buy!

Step 3: Schedule Viewings & Place an Offer!

Once the loan officer tells us you're qualified for a mortgage, I will set you up on my custom home search, and once a new home hits the market that fits your criteria you told me at step 1,  you will receive an alert. When you start to receive a few homes that you have interest in, we will then schedule private tours to touch each home. Once we find a  home that you are interested in, we can submit an offer! This is the exciting part! Don't worry, I will be right by your side.

Step 4: AIA (Acceptance, Inspection, and Appraisal):

Once your offer is accepted, it is time for the home to get inspected. Once the inspection period is over, the home will be appraised to make sure you're not overpaying for the home.

Step 5: Final Walk-through & The closing!

After the inspection & appraisal is over it will be time to do a final walk-through of the property to make sure it is in the same condition from when you placed the offer, and then the final step is to attend the closing to sigh paperwork, and get the keys to your new home! Time to celebrate!
